Who is Nic Chin?

I'm a production AI systems architect and fractional AI CTO, UK-based and working with companies across the UK, US, and Europe, and remotely with teams in Malaysia and Singapore. As an AI solutions architect I design and ship AI systems that survive real users, compliance reviews, and scale - RAG pipelines with verifiable citations, multi-agent architectures, and enterprise AI platforms.

The thesis behind my work is simple: models improve every month, yet AI systems still fail every day - and the difference is architecture, not the model. Most stalled AI projects are architecture problems wearing a model costume.

I founded Bitto Tech in 2018 and have shipped 13 production AI systems since - two of them live SaaS products I run as sole architect. Every accuracy claim I publish is reproducible against public benchmarks; the methodology and run history are on the proof page.
